I am a 2010 Graduate of St. Mary‘s University in San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I began my college career at Baylor University in Waco on a soccer scholarship where I lettered as a soccer player in 2004 and 2005. I transferred to St. Mary‘s University in 2006 and played soccer that year and 2007. In 2012, I attended the Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio and received my Texas massage therapy license that same year.
I have always been active in many types of sports since childhood including weightlifting, boxing, cross training, cycling, cross country running, and kayaking. As an avid active participant in athletics all my life (and having my share of injuries as a result), I fully realize and appreciate the importance of massage therapy for both relief and recovery from sports related stress.
